SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICIES

1. Shipping Areas and Costs

  • We ship our products worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and the total weight of your order.

  • If you are a business customer from abroad, please contact us before placing your order at p-p-z@web.de. We’ll be happy to provide you with an invoice excluding VAT.

2. Shipping Providers and Delivery Times

  • We ship via DHL. Delivery times are as follows:

  • Within Germany: 2–5 business days

  • International: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and will be displayed during the checkout process.

  • Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing or force majeure.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link, provided tracking is available for your destination.

4. Transport Damages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately at p-p-z@web.de. We will arrange a solution as quickly as possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
To initiate a return, please send us an email at p-p-z@web.de.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Within Germany: Returns are free of charge. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.

  • International Orders: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
✔ The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Exclusions from returns and exchanges include:

  • Custom-made products tailored to customer specifications

  • Opened or used products

  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued via your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item according to our return policy.

 

6. Returns of Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at p-p-z@web.de.
To speed things up, we kindly ask you to include photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
