SHIPPING POLICIES
1. Shipping Areas and Costs

We ship our products worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and the total weight of your order.

If you are a business customer from abroad, please contact us before placing your order at p-p-z@web.de. We’ll be happy to provide you with an invoice excluding VAT.
2. Shipping Providers and Delivery Times

We ship via DHL. Delivery times are as follows:

Within Germany: 2–5 business days

International: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and will be displayed during the checkout process.

Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing or force majeure.
3. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link, provided tracking is available for your destination.
4. Transport Damages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately at p-p-z@web.de. We will arrange a solution as quickly as possible.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
To initiate a return, please send us an email at p-p-z@web.de.
2. Return Shipping Costs

Within Germany: Returns are free of charge. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.

International Orders: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
✔ The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Exclusions from returns and exchanges include:

Custom-made products tailored to customer specifications

Opened or used products

Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
4. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued via your original payment method.
5. Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item according to our return policy.
6. Returns of Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at p-p-z@web.de.
To speed things up, we kindly ask you to include photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
